Most Helpful Positive Review Jacket is a perfect mid layer. Montane rocks!
I own two other Montane neoshell jackets and I bought the North Star Lite because of the quality of the others. Was not disappointed. Montane is one of the best companies out there in terms of attention to the smallest detail. Montane jackets are cut/tailored for activity and not boxy looking or baggy. I purchased it as a mid layer to go under my shell and it is perfect for this application. Jacket has a drawcord in the waist which not all jackets have. They use Allied (Titanium level) down which makes me happy. Bottom line this jacket is another keeper and I am going to keep on buying Montane...

This jacket is very good, very light and good looking. I like it very much.I am 178 cm tall and weigh 70 kg. The m yard is very suitable. I will recommend this down jacket to my friend. This down jacket completely exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended for this down jacket.

Excellent Jacket!! Wish hood had a lip

This jacket is bery light and very warm. Its really high quality. Im very happy with this purchase. The only thing is that the hood is all elastic at the edges. It would have had a lip like some of the other montane down jackets
