I have narrow heels and thin feet. These shoes fit snug and like a glove. PERFECT for me! They are extremely comfortable and well cushioned. If you have wide thick feet you may want to move up a half to full size to be sure of a more comfortable fit. Shoes are well made and because of the snug fit they do not allow the foot to move around in the shoe which works well trail hiking. Just wish they o
