Careful with UK/US sizing
Take care here because it's a UK brand. There the women's sizing is 4 units different. Campsaver seem to be quoting the UK numbers but presenting them as US. So I suspect you actually bought a UK 12, which is roughly a US 8. It's a pain, as these are often final sale. Jacket itself is great! But 2 stars deducted for size confusion.

Sizing way off
I am a solid 12. Could not zip this jacket at all. Could not even get each side of the zipper to meet. Also, the picture makes the jacket look longer than it is. Hits at top of hips. Very disappointing as I cannot return and was got a trip to Alaska.
