Reviews & Ratings for Mountain Hardwear Ampato Jacket - Mens

This jacket is breathable and waterproof. Dry Q. Elite material does the job. Nice for travel and hiking. The hood is not helmet compatible, which is what I was looking for since helmet compatible hood usually runs large. I hope there would be an internal zipped chested pocket. I wanted a reliable rain jacket that fit well and had features such as extra long sleeves, roomy fit for clothing underneath and handwarmer pocket as well as doing the job well. I did meticulous research and ordered 3 jackets. As always, Mountain Hardward is the the best of the bunch; a $300 jacket I got for slightly over $100 from Camp Saver. Why spend much more for Mountain Hardwear quality.
