Purely as a snowpant these function completely fine. At the listed price I would expect a better product with more attention to detail.
The suspenders are listed as removable. They are not. Clearly designed to be but they are tightly stitched in place on the front making it impossible to remove them.
I bought these most specifically for the "Internal mesh pocket sized for beacon" since I would like to start wearing my beacon in a pocket instead of on a chest harness. Other manufacturers have designed pocket harness systems as well. However, this should be listed as "internal mesh sleeve sized for beacon" since there is nothing to hold it in place. The reality is, if you unzip your main pocket it totally exposes you to losing your beacon. If you are caught in an avalanche at that moment or if you forget to rezip your beacon will be gone.
I personally see that as a major misrepresentation of how to carry a life saving device.
Pros:
Comfy
Cons:
Design
Best Used for:
Resort ski and snowboard
