Downtown Women's Parka

I purchased the Mountain Hardware Downtown Women's Parka. I love it. The best part is the soft fleece lining at the top of the jacket and around the neck. The second best part is that it doesn't shed feathers on my clothes. It will ocassionaly leak a feather on the outside - but not on the inside. Super warm. Super comfy. I would buy this jacket again!

Great purchase!

I wanted a stylish and comfortable jacket that would keep me warm this winter. This purchase is a winner! My jacket is really warm without being too bulky. It fits just right and I have no problem moving in it. The color I chose is a very pale grey (almost white) but that's no problem because it's machine washable. Good, but wish it was longer in front

I surprised myself by deciding to keep this coat! I had also ordered Marmot's Montreal Coat @ the same time, w/the hope that one of the two would work for me. Upon receiving the Downtown Parka & trying it on, I really didn't think I was keeping it, but after definitively deciding "no" for the Marmot option (see that review), the Downtown Parka started to grow on me b/c I was desperate for an ins

very happy with this

Bought this jacket for my daughter, who is in college. She was looking for something that would both keep her warm during New-England cold snaps and be stylish rather than fitting like a square marshmallow. She likes the fit and the blue color; she doesn't see 20 other people wearing the exact same jacket on campus. There is enough room in the jacket to wear a sweater underneath with out feeling

Great Purchase

Bought this to replace my older Mountain Hardware down jacket since it was too poofy and made me look huge (I'm not)! I wanted a slimmer fitting jacket that was still very, very warm (I get cold easily). This jacket definitely fits the bill and is super cute on top of it!
