Ghost Lite Jacket -

by Soakedtothebone, from PA, United States Written on December 9, 2018
While it worked great as a windjacket, it was like being shrink wrapped in wet saran wrap when it got wet. It was like peeling a second skin off once it became wet. I was soaked to the skin within half an hour in drizzling rain. So when the "Real Rain" started I was already soaked, and the jacket was clinging to me wet, and yes...it's all I had, because I read great reviews. 5 hours later I was hypothermic.
I recommend this as a wind jacket only. Cause if you think it's going to keep you dry, its not.
Pros:
  • Great, Light weight, packable into it's own pocket
Cons:
  • Was ZERO rain resistant. I was soaked within half an hour, and it was only drizzling.
Best Used for:
  • Wind jacket only

Mountain Hardware Ghost Like Jacket

by Huskie, from CT, United States Written on October 24, 2018
Was looking for an extremely lightweight jacket to wear over exercise clothes during the warmer months for coverage. This is fits the bill perfectly. I initially ordered the yellow color but it was a little see through which bothered me and ended up ordering a darker color, the crab red and love it!
Pros:
  • Extremely lightweight
  • length
  • Coverage
Cons:
  • None
Would recommend: Yes

This jacket feels cheap

by Nikoukari Mondana, from CT, United States Written on February 13, 2018
I did not live this paper thin jacket.I was hoping it would have a little more substance. The size extra small was it just right fit though. I just was not happy with how leight it was.Was planning to use it for a trip up Machu Picchu, but I don’t think I could fit layers under it.
