Great mid-layer & great traveler - Mountain Hardwear Ghost Whisperer Hooded Down Jacket - Men's

This down jacket is awesome. I packs very small and keeps core warm. Stored in my laptop bag during ski trip to Utah. The jacket works great as a mid layer for snowboarding. I was plenty warm and dry with a merino 2 base layer, ghost down and a 9 year old north face summit series shell. Temp ranged from 20 deg F to 37 dg F. Jacket also works as a good go to jacket without a shell. Fit is a athletic which works well for mid layer use. I’m 5’7” and 148 lbs. Initially, it was a little snug around my lats. (But, I have bigger lats than most my height.) I would recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a light mid layer or a packable jacket for traveling and backpacking.
