Does what it is designed for
I've not really had the chance to use it much, but it seems to do the job. The instruction sheets are a little skimpy though. It shows you how to set it up the tent with only the rainfly and footprint but isn't illustrated very clearly.

Light Wedge 3 Footprint
Works just like advertised. I think it makes sense to spend a few bucks to protect your investment (in this case the tent) than to save a few dollars and have your relatively expensive tent.
