I think MH has the best products available in many ways. This duffle is very well made and packable. If you go away with one piece of luggage but always seem to bring home stuff that requires extra luggage this duffle is ideal. it is ''carry on" size and will hold a lot of stuff. I purchased it because I go away for a month in the late winter and I stay a week at one place I rent then move to another place for a week. I use this to pack food and items to 'set up house' at my next location. This way I am not throwing out perfectly good leftovers, bread, 1/2 bag of granola, milk, wine, etc. and it is far easier to put everything in this bag than have to pack up plastic grocery bags or small cartons. When I head home I can pack the bag and throw it in my one piece of luggage. It is easier than packing up boxes and lugging them from place to place. If I do have extras to take home this provides a carry on bag. I would not recommend it for packpacking though. It is larger than many other packable bags and adds some weight to your pack. If I was backpacking and doing a lot of trail hiking or walking in a city with a pack I would not want the added weight. If you need a tote for extra stuff I would recommend something more lightweight that can stuff into your pack.

Appears to be just what I ordered. I'll be keen to see how well it comes up after a few flights and the treatment the airline baggage handlers can dish out on it.
