It is Perfect

Bought this for our son. He had outgrown his other lightweight down jacket. He is 6'3 with broad shoulders and the fit is great. Long enough in the arms also. Light enough to use anytime. He loves the color.

Micro Ratio Down Jacket Review

Outstanding light but warm jacket. Serves more as a sweater, can be layered or worn by itself. Medium size is comfortable, super lightweight and stylish as well. Rolls up into a small cylinder, packs easily and will fit into a sock if used as a bag for the jacket. Side zippered pockets are deep, zippered chest pocket could be a bit roomier. Collar is a perfect height and has a fold over to protect neck from cold zipper contacting skin. All in all this is a well designed and functional jacket that will serve a variety of needs.

Extremely warm, fits great

I'm a 5'7 135 lb female and decided to buy a men's jacket since some women's puffy jackets fit weird in the hips. This one was perfect! I bought a small and it's perfectly sized for layering underneath without too much bulk. Also kept me warm in 15 degree weather outdoors!

I do like this jacket!

I've worn this jacket a few times around town and it was warm and comfortable with the temps in the 30°f range. While sleeping in my tent I wore this jacket from the low 30's to the low 20's and it supplemented my down quilt. As mentioned in some other reviews, it does leak a few feathers. I bought the jacket on sale and it is worth the price I paid.

Great price, super jacket

I haven't worn this guy backpacking yet, but wearing it around it's clear it is a warm jacket. It is half the weight of a heavy fleece and seems to deliver twice the warmth a fleece would. Definitely an important piece of cold weather gear for the lightweight traveler. Waterproof down is a huge plus too! Just can't wait till they figure out a synthetic that does the same thing!
