Laura's Review of Mountain Hardwear Rook 30F/-1C Sleeping Bag

I bought this bag for camping in my teardrop trailer and it works well for that purpose. It is lightweight and I can actually roll it up and make it fit in the compression bag it came with (unlike some other bags that I can never make fit that small). It also comes with a larger regular bag that it fits in with little effort (I use that for a down blanket instead that I can't fit in its compression bag). I have slept in this bag in the 30s and 40s (my teardrop doesn't have heat) and have been comfortable. The bag itself does get very cold to the touch on the outside (it's nylon), but stays warm enough on the inside. The bag has a little wiggle room (for a smaller female, at least), which helps because I am normally a side sleeper. Overall, a good quality product from MH that I would recommend.
