It's nutrition - Mountain House Beef Stroganoff with Noodles - Bulk

Pretty good flavor, but I always end up adding spicy pepper flakes to most meals. It's filling, but did makes me pretty thirsty. I was starving so didn't wait long enough for it to cook so the beef was a little crunchy, but that's my own fault. Mountain House is probably the best trail food I've had.
