I loved this product. Both of my sons liked the flavor and that is was filing. Buying it in the bulk cans is the way to go for me because it is more economical and can be portioned out into ziplock bags to individualize portions. Will purchase again for sure.

it's nutrition

Pretty good flavor, but I always end up adding spicy pepper flakes to most meals. It's filling, but did makes me pretty thirsty. I was starving so didn't wait long enough for it to cook so the beef was a little crunchy, but that's my own fault. Mountain House is probably the best trail food I've had.
