I live for dehydrated peas
You have't lived until you've had dehydrated peas in the back woods. When you kayak 8 hours a day, you can't stuff your body with peperoni & cheese. My supper in the woods ususally includes dehydrated peas and mashed potatoes. After stewing the peas, I pour the contents of the package and excess water into the dehydrated mash potatoes ad stir. The peas hydrate quickly and are quite tender. Th
