I have had consistently positive experiences with Mountain House freeze-dried food. This is one of their very best products, and far superior to other brand offerings of freeze dried scrambled eggs and bacon. I buy these for my backpacking trips and they work great to start the day off right until I get to the next campsite that evening to prepare another Mountain House entree for supper.
