Mountain House Consistently Tastes Good!

I have had consistently positive experiences with Mountain House freeze-dried food. This is one of their very best products, and far superior to other brand offerings of freeze dried scrambled eggs and bacon. I buy these for my backpacking trips and they work great to start the day off right until I get to the next campsite that evening to prepare another Mountain House entree for supper.

My go-to Breakfast

Nothing beats eggs right out of the pan, but this is close if you watch how much water is used, and you give it time to rehydrate.
Nice way to watch the sunrise.

Pretty good

It's pretty good considering the eggs are freezed dried. Not extremely filling, but great for an emergency situation. Also, dates on the package are not expiration dates, but rather dates when the food was packed/prepared so don't be alarmed. All and all I would recommend this product with 3 1/2 stars.

Very good, tastes "real"

Fixes quickly and tastes just like you would hope real eggs would taste if made at home from the shell. Not bad at all. I use just a few teaspoons less water than recommended for a less wet egg mixture.
