Ok so my review of this thing is somewhat incomplete, I purchased this in conjunction with the alpine 4 three pot set and 4 MSR stainless plates. I went car camping with my wife and 2 sons 3yr and 9mo, along with 4 other families with all cooking shared. Long story short, this is a very high quality pan with a three fried egg capacity. alpine folding skillet

Very nice pan. I ordered a second unit to leave in my RV permanently. I learned that I have to use a much lower heat to keep meat from sticking. I do not use any oil when cooking meat.Seem to work great. Wish Alpine had saucepans to match the skillet.
