After researching the different gravity filter system it was easy to settle on MSR. My only debate was between the autoflow or hyperflow system. I settled on the hyperflow due to its versatility. I just tried it out on a three day trip with 6 people and I was thoroughly impressed. The speed of the hyperflow alone was amazing and using the gravity kit was fantastic for filling everyone's bladders. The water I was filtering was pretty prestine but I made sure to backflush as recommended by msr and other users.
