Great skillet and super light!
I cooked chicken curry in this! Came out great, I recommend this for years of car camping and bike packing and maybe even back packing. I think cooking fresh trout will be my next dish. The skillet heats up very fast and evenly. I would recommend net turning the heat on till you have something in this pan.
Pros:
- Light weight and amazing hear control, like cooking at home!
Cons:
- A little pricey.
Best Used for:
- Car camping, home emergency use, cooking for the family on bike or backpacking trip, I even used it a few times at the house just to see if I can cook, it does not disappoint!
