Wide mouth nalgene canteens - Nalgene Canteen with Multi-Layer Film

I have not used my water canteens yet but have used my friends multiple times in group camping. We use the large size canteen to easily fill up with unfiltered water at the stream and can then carry it back to camp and transfer into a gravity filtering system without having to carry it or potentially contaminate its parts with the dirty water. The wide mouth facilitated filling in the streams. I finally decided I needed a couple wide mouth Nalgene canteens for myself! The smaller size, just over 2 liters, is a great substitute for my hard Nalgene bottles and can save space in my backpack. Campsaver was one of the few companies where I could find these items.
