overall a good purchase but I do wish the chest and waist straps stayed put while running. The vest can fit 16-20oz bottles in the holders but they slosh around a lot while running, which can be annoying. The pockets are great for storing fuel and keys.

I am pleased with this vest overall. I originally bought it to use on my longer trail runs in TX but, because it is so light weight and versatile, I find myself using it on shorter distance runs as well. I purchased the optional 1.5 liter bladder and found that the vest felt more stable when using it. Having that counterweight in the back helps even things out. The material is comfortable but took some getting used to. On my first few runs the shoulder strap rubbed a blister on the side of my neck. After a few more runs and using the bladder it stopped doing that. My only real complaint with the vest is with adjustment straps. I found that it takes a while to get the vest to fit right and then the straps tent to loosen during my runs. I spend a lot of time adjusting the straps while running to keep the vest fitting correctly. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it for the price.

Great formy 5 hour run. The vest was able to hold all my gear.
