The pillow is well made. It would work great for a back sleeper. The only complaint is once you fill it to 4”+, it is a ballon! Does use nice material on the sleeping side. Not overly excited about the backside, as it seems like it is going to slide too much. Would give it a higher rating if it was supplied with a pad strap. Does not compress Dow very small so if that’s a big deal I would look elsewhere. Going back to compressible pillow.
