Found pillow very easy to set up and use. Like that the softeness is adjustable via amount of air one adds.

Nemo Fillo Pillow

Definitely comfortable. I can't compare it to other products because it is the first camping pillow I have owned. Sure beats a stuff sack of clothes. I've slept on this 5 or 6 nights so far. It tends to slide around, especially when fully inflated. I'm going to try securing it in place with the elastic cord on the bottom next time. Packed size is close to a large can of beans.

How did I go so many years without?

Love love love this pillow! When I first got it in the mail the memory foam part was all disformed but after a few days of sitting out it relaxed and is nice and flat now. This pillow is simple to use, easy to adjust height/air amount, and the microfiber cover washes nicely.
