I am disappointed woth nemo and be aware of the 2015 model - NEMO Equipment Fillo Pillow

I did lots of research, watched the videos, and read many reviews on this pillow and decided after having many pillows that this was finally the one I'll use for my 60 day trek. I ordered it and just got it last night, but it did not have the straps on the bottom that allows you to attach something on the bottom to increase the thickness. I sent an email to Nemo and they told me it is no longer on the regular Fillo, only the Luxury one. They apologized and said they have not changed their spec info or the video. Nemo did offer me a 20% discount. Shame on cheap Nemo. Campsavers is always great to order from and will obviously help me with a return.
