Great tent for an Incredible Price
I first decided on this tent after researching Nemo against the leading competitors. At the UBC Championships in Burlington this year everyone had their tents set up. I was most impressed by the Nemo Obi and knew this was the tent for my European backpacking trip this summer. When you're backpacking, size and weight are so important. It's small, lightweight, and very easy to set up. There are goin

Backpacking Trip with Scouts
Love this little tent!! I will be sharing the space with my 12 year old son on a hike at Big Bend. It will be my personal tent after this trip. Not sure if it is a tent that I would purchase for the Troop Scouts, maybe for older more experienced boys who are a little more careful with equipment. A bit snug but we wanted to go extra light, as this is the first of hopefully many backpacking excursions with our Troop. Consider the 3 Person if it will be primarily used for 2. Have not tested it in the rain yet...... Will be sure to update if anything goes awry!!

Pros: nicely designed, easy set up compact.

Light but with inevitable compromises
This is a good tent with some excellent features. However, it is small and even at 5ft 7" I found my sleeping bag getting damp from condensation at head and foot ends.
The design of the fly means some rain will enter the tent when you egress or access. Also, unless you fully open one of the access doors in the fly, expect to get damp from condensation on it.
On my own, with 4 cycling panniers in

small & light & beautiful - with issues
Used this tent on my own for a couple of days now in wet and windy conditions, temperatures just above and below freezing.
PROS
- Light, very small pack size, beautiful design in all the details, quick to set up, sturdy in wind, nearly self-standing, nice to look out doors, sitting height just about OK, decent vestibules.
- The 'jakes foot' design is great, in my view. So is the zip design. Sing

Excellent lightweight 2p tent
This tent achieves an excellent balance of portability and livability. It's the last thing you'll have to worry about when packing (in the compressor bag, the fabrics take up less space than a pair of running shoes). Two people will fit snugly but the vestibule storage space is generous and, due to the fact that the tent clips onto the extended vestibule, both people can sit up. Great tent for min
