Fantastic first use of the Riff 15
Ordered this sleeping bag after a bit of research on bag options, size for a 6'-3" guy who runs warm to hot when sleeping. Really liked the heat vents (Thermo Gills), the head hood and neck opening covering (Blanket Fold). Being a side sleeper, the shape of the bag worked great. The head are has a nice pocket for a pillow that can hold a small travel pillow or even a blow-up pillow, but also has nice padding if you use a pillow strapped to a sleep pad underneath the sleep bag. The back also comes with a real/true compression sack - not just a draw string bag! Looking forward to more nights out in the wild using this bag!

Cold well above rated temperature
I used this 15 degree rated Nemo Riff 15 bag in a Nemo Dagger 2p tent (nice tent), on top of the wide Nemo Tensor pad (also nice), when the temperature dropped to 35 degrees and I was unexpectedly cold (and the gills were closed). The bag is nicely roomy and I liked and used the blanket fold and pillow pocket, but the bag wasn’t sufficiently warm 20 degrees above its rating.
