Impervious to the Weather
I tested eight coats by standing in gusting wind coming in off the Long Island Sound in the middle of the polar vortex. This coat was the only one in which I didn't feel the cold. So much to love about the coat. Its streamlined profile. Its light weight. Magnetic closures. A fur collar means you don't need a scarf. An incredible hood means no hat head. Comes down to where you need it (mid calf on me). Pit zips to cool off a bit. I have walked the cold streets of Chicago, the frozen tundra of Connecticut and the frigid canyons of New Mexico with no layering underneath and have been completely impervious to weather. Sell your first born child if you have to (JK), but buy this coat (I bought mine on fire sale.)

I'm 5' 1'', 110ibs. I read other reviews written by customers with similar figure. But this parka was definitely TOO long for short people. It's warm, but it's bulky.
The neck part is soft and warm, but it's too long (if you can't zip it all the way--unless you want to compeletely cover your face with the fur, you are basically left with "leftover" garments that add extra weight).
The hand cuffs are also way too tight; i have small hands, but they cut off my blood circulation basically. It has too many things on it that it doesn't need.
