have only had for a few weeks but been on two hikes. very sturdy shoes that seem like they will hold up well. the waterproof coating seems outstanding. overall seem like good quality shoes. worked well for packs under 40 lbs. am not crazy about the laces, they don't stay tied very well. but this is easily reversible. also they are very wide. again easily fixed with thicker socks. really e
