These are pretty good boots, light, durable, but I had to replace the removable foot beds/soles they provide with Dr Scholls as I'm on my feet all day, and they were just too stiff for me. If you like really firm boots then you probably like these a lot, they're not hard, but firm, a bit more firm than green super feet I would say. The rest of the shoe is great.
