These are great looking and grippy boots and for the most part, quite comfortable with one exception; the front of these boots run narrower than I am used to. I can wear these all day but towards the end of the day, my right pinky toe would feel pinched. I don’t need to buy shoes with wide-width usually so when I ordered these, I chose the normal width offered. I wished I would have chosen the wide option though so I can wear these longer. As it currently stands, I may be able to get a weekend long of wear before the pinch will start to really bother me. This is a really shame as I had hoped to use them on my week-long camp with the scouts this summer.
Pros:
- Water proof
- grippy rubber
- Great aesthetic
Cons:
- Runs narrow with regular sizes
Best Used for:
- walking
- Hiking & casual wear

I recently purchased the Oboz Sawtooth Mid Hiking booth from CampSaver. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone recommended that I give them a try after hearing what I was looking for.The boots were on sale through the outlet at a terrific price. So I bought a pair in size 13.I received them this week and could not be happier with my purchase. They are very good looking boots and they fit great with my orthotic and a hiking sock. They feel very strong and solid and I have no doubt that I will enjoy hiking in them for years. You can see and feel the quality.I highly recommend looking through the CampSaver website. They have so many terrific products at unbeatable prices. The salespeople could not be more pleasant and helpful on the phone.I will certainly be doing business with them again soon.

I am a recreational hiker/outdoorsman and horseman, and these waterproof mid height boots have worked great for me! Regardless if I am slogging around in a muddy horse corral, or hiking across loose terrain, the traction and comfort of these boots is exceptional. I have owned other well known name brand mid priced boots that although comfortable, did not help keep me from doing the “Keester bounce” when traversing on a loose downhill trail. The heavy duty lug pattern on my Oboz grip the trail, and are extremely comfortable. I wear these all the time, and when they get caked with a lovely layer of manure and mud, I simply hose them off and am ready go again.
Best Used for:
- Hiking and slogging through muddy conditions

All my life I have struggled to find hiking boots that fit my feet well. I am a size 11 but have a narrow foot, approximately a B width. There are very few hiking boots on the market where my heel does not slip in and where the toe box is not too wide. Several years ago on the advice of a fellow professional Nature Photographer, I tried Oboz Yellowstone II boots which fit my foot like a glove when laced properly. I immediately bought 4 pair since shoe models are often replaced. Recently I broke into my last box of Yellowstone II's so it was time to start searching for new boots since the Yellowstone's were no longer in production. I contacted Oboz via email and got a reply within one hour telling me that these boots, the Sawtooth Mids use the identical last, sole and footbox as the Yellowstone boots did. I ordered a pair from CampSaver and I am happy to say that they also fit like a glove and feel just like the Yellowstone II did. They do differ in that the Yellowstones were all leather while these have a fabric topside but they have the same waterproof rating and they are a touch lighter. Overall I couldn't be more pleased and will order several pairs of these to last me for another decade. Thanks Oboz for the excellent customer support and CampSaver for shipping them to me quickly.

Although I've only had them on my feet for a few hours I can already tell they're well made. In comparison to the other boots I usually wear (black leather uniform boots) these are a welcome change. They're padded and rigid where they need to be. Quiet impressed!
