Glad I bought this.
Very sturdy biner. Smooth generous radii on ends makes it easy on ropes sliding over it. Surprisingly light weight for it's size. Large opening makes it easy to use with large rope. It's well made.
As there are several versions of the Omega Jake and, to me, the differences weren't clearly called out in the description, I called Omega Pacific and they were very helpful in explaining the differences. Great Customer Service.

- Applications where a large biner is needed, such as connecting to an anchor point while top roping.
