I didn't want to buy a hydration pack this big but it is the recommended size for a trail hike I'm doing in Europe. My concerns about it being too big to wear to run have been cast away on two recent trial runs; it is comfortable and spacious. It has plenty of room for gear/food while still allowing for easy movement.
