Being an avid hiker in Arizona water is a major item and having a good reservoir it critical. I did a lot of online research on this reservoir some reviews were very negative others were good. I was worried about the negative reviews but I really liked the look and feel of this product. When I received it I filled and tested it. It worked perfectly. Most negative reviews mentioned that they couldn't get the lid to seal properly and that it leaked out of the box. These people are crazy, I was able to seal the lid on the first try and added a lot of pressure. Not a single drop of water.
I like the bite valve good water flow, and the water didn't have that plastic taste.
I found the magnet to be very helpful when storing the hose out of my way.
I have not field tested this yet as I just received this item today. I will be testing this out this weekend and I will update this post once I have returned.

This is excellent. its ridged frame holds the pak up nice and seems very sturdy. much more solid than the camelback that I bought this one to replace.
the only real complaint I have is it does not have an insulated eater tube. if it did I would give it 5 stars.
