Kestral 38
Originally I ordered the s/m size and then returned it for a m/l and camp saver was very helpfull in that process. The bag itself was very nice and roomy as I'm using it to travel and backpack in Europe. I like the color and size overall it is a good bag from a good brand , osprey.

Not put to full use yet, but....
At first reaction, this bag has everything I want. The weight/storage space/outer and inner pockets and straps are all as expected. Excellent quality from Osprey as usual. Perfect size for a 3+ day trip for me, at least. Highly recommend this pack and for the price you cannot beat it.

Exactly what I was looking for
I am glad I tried a lot of packs on first before buying this one. The size and fit are perfect, adjustable with plenty of storage and attachment sites. Just wish the 2016 version had the 2 loops on the bottom like the older ones but no big deal. This pack is built super strong with a unmatched warranty. Was going to buy a panel loader but glad I got a top loader. Buy it!

Nice day pack...back breathes well But....not like other Ospreys with vented mesh back. Comfortable and like the rain cover.

Great pack at a great price
Really impressed with the quality and feature set of this pack. It's incredibly comfortable and I'm happy with the discount Campsaver provided.

My Go-To Pack
I didn't pick up my Kestral on Campsaver and I'm sorry I didn't given the price this killer pack is being offered at.
I've had a lot of packs and I think this is the best performer of them all. I've beat it up and down for about 6 years and other the water bottle pockets stretching, the stow and go feature snapping (which I never got repaired because I don't really need it) and the typical cosmetic damage that comes with a lot of use, it's still functioning perfectly.
What I like most is that it works for summer day hikes, winter day hikes when you need more gear and overnight trips when I'm just taking the basics. I'd say this pack would be rock solid up to 30 lbs. or so. I've had three other Osprey pack models that I ended up returning due to squeaky frames. No problem with the Kestral though.
You won't go wrong with this one if you're thinking about pulling the trigger. The Kestral line is a winner.

Nice pack but configuration didn't hold as much as my old pack.
I have a Marmot 36 and was hoping for something a little roomier with more pockets. The osprey did have more pockets but didn't seem to weight hat much less and when I put my minimal backpacking gear in, I less extra space than my Marmot. I returned but will continue looking at Osprey for the right 'fit'.
