Just what I needed
I've been researching wheeled backpacks for the last few months preparing for a 10 day trip to England. I finally landed on this one...and I was super nervous because of how much cheddar I was having to lay out for it. But I am THRILLED with the pack. I just took a "dry run" trip and was able to pack 2 pants, one dress, 5 tops, a sweater AND 2 pairs of shoes plus toiletries...and it still had room (albeit not much) to spare. The day pack is awesome -- easy to take on and off and quite spacious. The straps on both packs are adjustable and I was able to get a perfect fit and had the pack on my back throughout the airport with no pain or discomfort. The pack (empty) is also so much lighter than I expected -- bonus! Would highly recommend.

Great bag. Good size. Great day-pack.
Great bag. Good size. Great day-pack. Wish it had camel bag hole. Rolls great, stands up. Using as a carry-on around US and EU. We use these and 2x porter 46 for our family of 4 as our main and only travel luggage and use them all as carry-ons.

BEST PACK!
ok so I did a ton of research and looked at every review for every osprey out there. I will put the best points here. I have used this pack to travel with my husband twice now. once I traveled to mexico for 14 days and we used this and a small day pack and that's it! the second time for a 5 day weekend and this was all we both needed.
amazing points.
1. you really need wheels - rarely do you need a backpack so save your spine and get something with both options! this is so great for that. easy option to toss on your back when you need to run or are on a stone road.
2. day pack is great and zips onto pack quickly when you want to give your back a break. - if you overload it with heavy items the pack sometimes falls forward but we have learned how to pack it so it doesn't do this
3. so many amazing pockets and compartments. I cant stress enough how osprey rocks in organizational spaces.
4. light weight, great wheels for durability, durable zippers!
100% for this price you want this pack! others are too big and bulky, you really can pack a lot

Does it all without the Weight
I bought this bag/pack for a trip to Europe where rolling suitcases get beat up by the cobblestones, there are lots of stairs, and the distances between trains and hotels can be sizable. Hip strap helps keep the weight on my back and shoulder straps adjust as well. It was perfect really. Straps and all are designed to tuck in and not get caught - the removable smaller pack was really useful too for day hikes and excursions. The handle expands to be long enough for taller travelers. I always overpack so the bag didn't help me there----but that's my deal. All in all, easy to fit 2 weeks of clothing and souvenirs too. Carried on on the way to Europe and checked it on the way home.
Pros:
- high quality
- Light weight, packs easily,
- small enough for carry on
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- travel in crowds
- travel where roads are cobblestone

Color shocker
The interior of this pack is fluorescent lime green. The exterior is a brownish red. Wish I'd gotten black. I think the interior color should have been disclosed. For a $300 item, Campsaver should include this detail in the description and add a photo so it is clear to the purchaser.

Great Quality & Very Versatile!
For many years now I've been lugging heavy carry-ons around via my shoulder and I was looking for something simpler and easier to handle. I found the Osprey 22" and figured this would be the perfect bag for me. I recently used it for the first time on a trip and I was right! I was able to pack 5 days worth of winter clothing, a pair of boots, a pair of sneakers, and toiletries into this bag. I love the convenience of having the zip off small backpack, as this was what I used for my under the seat/personal carryon (the main bag went in the overhead). Wheels work great and I had no problems rolling this around the airport, both pulling it and pushing it. The external pockets on the small backpack are great to store a water bottle and some granola bars :) I'm extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend this bag to others :)

Excellent Bag
I haven't had the chance to give this it's inaugural run but I tested the daypack with everything I carry in my Osprey FlapJack Messenger Bag and it held up well and was very comfortable. I'm a rather "big boy" and the straps had plenty of slack for me to put on.
It's just a really well designed piece of equipment, with pockets for holding straps and zipper color coded by function. I am very impr
