EB's Review of Osprey Syncro 10 Hydration Pack

I use this hydration pack for hikes ranging from 2 to 6 hours. It can hold a full 3 L of water, raincoat, rain pants, snacks, sunscreen, and a warm fleece or nano puff coat. I am a tall woman and ordered the men's size M/L and it fits well.
