I use this hydration pack for hikes ranging from 2 to 6 hours. It can hold a full 3 L of water, raincoat, rain pants, snacks, sunscreen, and a warm fleece or nano puff coat. I am a tall woman and ordered the men's size M/L and it fits well.
I love the air flow on the pack. I have a Manta, but wanted something smaller for racing. The Syncro is perfect. The pack stays raised above your back to allow air flow so your back isnt as much of a sweaty mess when the ride is over.
