Pros: It looks great, fits better than most (M/L) of other competing brands, ventilation is amazing! (For reference: I'm 205 lbs at 6 ft.) Function and capacity is perfect. (2-3 hour MTB ride I packed: Full bladder, 1 tube, Mini-Pump, CO2 Pump and 3 cartridges, Multi-Tool, Small First-Aid kit, Snack bag of Wet Ones, handlebar Bike light and headlamp for emergencies, windbreaker, arm-warmers, and enough nutrition and a lunch.) :)
Cons: Pretty heavy dry weight, then add a full 3L hydration bladder. :( Outer stretch pockets are hard to get to, I'm pretty flexible for a big guy too.
Major Con: When out on 3 hour MTB rides, with some technical terrain, the pack kept hitting me in the back of the neck. When ducking under branches or on technical descents, it would ride up on the back of my neck and catch on my helmet dial(this may/may not happen depending on your helmet). But honestly, it shouldn't happen at all. It moves way too much, even with hip/waist belt on, which I dislike...a lot!
