The standard
The OR Alti Mitt has always been the gold standard for super-chilly weather. This mitten goes to Everest. The new incarnation has a few extra seamlines (which I am not a fan of), but otherwise it is the same glove except with a biner loop. OR is an outstanding company that always stands by its products. I've had my gear replaced without question for any issues from the company.

Alti Mitts
Really solid glove, well-constructed. I have terrible circulation to my fingers and toes, and found that my tips still got cold with these gloves when the temperature was below 20F, which was fixed with an additional wool liner. This is likely a personal problem. The size runs a little funny - the thumb finger is a little short relative to the rest of the glove. I also sized down from my normal medium to a small - it fit pretty well and improved the limited dexterity somewhat.

Super warm. Cinches and uncinches easily. Would be nice to be able to cinch around the wrist.
