Most Helpful Positive Review Men's OR Expedition Croc Gaiters Medium Black
I'm 5'6" and wear size 9 M shoes. These Gaiters fit nicely over Levis and boot strap provides plenty of room to go over Red Wing 2211 insulated boots. They fit just at knee level.

great deal

Bought these gators the other day. Have not had the opportunity to use them yet but they appear well made. They will do the job when the occasion arrives. Strong bottom boot strap and strong velcro up the front of the gators. Would recommend these to a friend.

If your looking for a very well built gaiter to use with ski boots this is the the one. The labeling on the Crocodile Expedition XL versus the Expedition Crocodile XXL is confusing. The XL Crocodile Expedition is larger than the XXL Expedition Crocodile. The Crocodile Expedition also has a much more adjustable velcro calf. It fit over ski pants as well. If you are looking to hike with boots buy the Expedition Crocodile for a better fit.
I own both styles now and use one style for hiking, snow blowing and off road motorcycle riding and the other for skiing and snow boarding.
Wish Outdoor Research also made wrist gaiters.

OR Expedition Crocs

These are bulletproof. Used them on a recent Mt. Rainier summit. Very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for serious gaiters for serious pursuits.
