Excellent brewathability
So nice to not be in a plastic bag for someone like me that gets gore-tex soaking on the inside from sweating . It really works.
Of note, the storm flaps over the side zip open to the posterior. So if you hunch over in the downpour, or sit forward in a boat, the storm flap sluices the water in. Very odd choice they made. Also, only velcro holding front storm flap at top and bottom, so a side wind opens up the flap. Nice to not have the excessive velcro catching too much, but not great in the wind / rain.
Overall, though, fits as expected, good for active pursuits, light, and a delight.

Cons:
- weird storm flap decisions
Best Used for:

Seems fine, but noisy
This seems like a perfectly adequate waterproof shell that is relatively comfortable, true to size (maybe a little small), and comes in a pleasant, pine green color (Mediterranean), but I ended up returning it because it has the common shell problem of being rustly and noisy - not good for wildllife photography, though probably fine for most users.
Pros:
- waterproof
Cons:
- noisy
Would recommend: No
