Irene's Review of Outdoor Research Helium II Jacket - Women's
I adore this jacket. It’s very light, packable and water proof. I wear it over my warm jacket during the rainy season. It blocks the wind too! The hood construction is nice - it protects my face and glasses from the rain and mist.
