perfectly warm

Perfect fit, windproof and warm. Only issue and not really a negative is that it makes it a bit more difficult to hear....but this is to be expected.

Nice addition

This is only good in winter if you are hiking. Not real warm but light and breaths well. Helps retain body heat while sleeping and around camp.

Good hiking hat

I have primarily used this for hiking and Backpacking. It blocks the wind, breathes well yet retains heat. When hot you can either put the earflaps up to vent or it folds up small enough for a front pocket. it is thin and therefore doesn't provide a lot of warmth if you are just standing but if your on the move it is a great hat.
