Reviews & Ratings for Outdoor Research Sonata Hooded Jacket - Women's
— 4 reviews — Page 1
I purchased this jacket for ice climbing. It's great for layering; I wore layers underneath it and a big puffy over it when I was standing around in 5 degree weather. To climb, I wore just the jacket and it was perfect. It's super comfortable and very light weight. I also snow shoed with it and it weighed nothing to throw it in my backpack when I got too warm. Even better than the functionality? It's got a trim fit for a stylish look. No bulky puffy here!

This one is very warm and light.
If you want to talk about shortcomings, feathers will come out. The rest are pretty good. I will try it on the 3000-foot mountain next fall. I very much look forward to this as part of my lightweight equipment.
