Not really warm
The adze hybrid fits reasonably well in the shoulders and the torso, weighs little and looks pretty good.
However the arms are too long, and the lack of an adjustable cuff is a big negative for me. Also because this is a hybrid, it means not everything is fleece lined, so it is not warm at all. In fact, I would say that this is an early Fall jacket, and is not suitable for cold weather unless you wear some serious fleece midlayer.
