More than just a windbreaker

I'm 5' 11", 180 pounds and bought the medium expecting it to be a trim fit and it is, just what I wanted. Ran the sleeve under the facet and the DWR waterproofing caused the water to bead and runoff for a minute. Not saying it will protect for an hour in a downpour, but should be good for a while. It has a lining that looks like it will pickup and wick sweat out through the shell and help to keep you dry during aerobic activity, especially if worn with just a wicking t-shirt underneathe. Patagonia quality as expected. Nice looking jacket that will get lots of spring and fall use as well as summer evenings.

Must have jacket

i bought this jacket for when you need a little more than the Houdini. In Florida these light type jackets are a must for all occasions. I am a big guy at 6'3" 230 and the Patagonia regular fit fits me very well like other brands athletic but slightly loose. The jacket is light and stretchy with wind blockage. I always take it with me on those "do I need a jacket" days. Great for golf and on the boat.
