This coat looks very good, the zippers are smooth, buttons have a satisfactory snap. The coat is also very warm, the down is light and comfortable. The one draw back is this coat can let in wind. Overall a very stylish warm wintercoat.

Great Fit and Warm

Exactly what I was looking for, as a present for my son. Stylish, warm and a great fit. First ordered in a size Large and that was too big for him. Medium was a perfect fit, with room for sweaters if needed.

Great Jacket with one Caveat

I really like this jacket, the fit is right on and the material and workmanship are very good, the only odd feature is the zipper. This jacket has the zipper on the opposite side which can be annoying when you are not used to that configuration. The jacket was tested in single digit temperatures with a fair wind, and I remained very warm. My favorite aspect of the jacket is the speeed at which I warm up when putting on the garment.

Patagonia coat

This coat was cheapest here with a discount. The coat is so warm with 600 down fill. It is not bulky at all! Almost feels light. Looks sharp on my hubby. Bought this coat six days before Christmas and it arrived in three days!!

Awesome retro jacket!

My husband has an 800 fill Patagonia down jacket from almost 10 years ago, and while he's used the heck out of it, there are a few holes here and there that we've had to repair over the years. Although it's still 100% usable, figured he needed something that didn't look so "loved." The fabric is a thicker weave and seems much more resilient - we're looking forward to years of rough and tumble use! And the added plus, looks great for heading into town!

Great jacket and great service

Bought the Bivy Down Jacket in Navy, the medium fit great (5'10", 155b). The DWR nylon canvas is really nice and has a great feel. The pockets are fantastic.
The CampSaver quality service mention is that I failed to realize this material had supernatural static/magnetic qualities that seem to attract the fur from my two senior golden retrievers! The navy color was showing this yellow fur and always needed to be lint rolled. CampSaver readily agreed to exchange it for the Fatigue Green color. I was very happy with their staff and as I type the new jacket is shipped on its way to me. Thanks!
