Great down jacket! - Patagonia Down Sweater Hoody - Men's

The New Down Sweater (2014/15) is a great piece; well designed and warm. The fit is a touch slimmer and longer in the overall length from the previous model. Wide range of temperature use (single digits in CO to low 40's). No down leakage to speak of. Good length in sleeves, top quality zippers outer shell is god quality materials as well. Due to high quality (non-live pluck) of down, its not a puffy or bulky jacket. Hood is well-designed (not helmet friendly though) and warm. Also has a higher collar that is nice for windy days to keep chin warm. Of all jackets I looked at, the new version seems to be a home run. Wore in snow storm and it did a good job of staying dry for hour. Some slight wetness (outside only) around shoulders but thats not what this is for. FIT: I am 6' 170 with 41.5 shoulders and 32" waist and the medium fits great with base layer and fleece or flannel shirt.
