The jacket was a little big side. I'm between xs and s, ordered S this time. Good for winter layers.

Love the parka!! I’m 5’9” and the sleeves are a tiny bit short. There’s also nothing in the sleeves to keep out the snow. Otherwise it’s well made, and has a removable hood. I think it was a better choice than the Downtown Parka. That one was not as warm and the hood was awkward.

Love the fit, style and warmth of the jacket. Looks fashionable while still providing enough bulk to keep it super warm. Long length goes well with tall boots. Zipper was difficult to zip up at first but think I've broken it in, now.

Surprisingly flattering - I don't look like a marshmellow. I ordered large and usually wear a 10. It fits great - wish it were 1 inch wider in hips but it fits. Cozy and very warm. Hits just above the knee.

I love my new coat!! I've worn it every day since it arrived two weeks ago. I've been on the hunt for the perfect winter coat for a couple of years; I will admit that I am really picky. I wanted something I could throw on everyday, over anything--either to work or for casual, looks nice, but is low maintenance/simple/basic. It needed to be technical/high quality, but not a puffy nightmare & if possible, stylish. So easy, right! I got a size medium, which I wear pretty much everywhere, so I would say it's true to size (am 5'6", 145 for reference). I love that the arms are long enough and the fit is fairly close. I don't wear bulky sweaters or sweatshirts or anything underneath it because I don't have to-- it's so warm and cozy, I've always been comfortable temperature wise (down to @ 16 degrees with wind chill). It also doesn't ever make me sweat or feel overheated; it adjusts with my body temperature much better than other down jackets I've owned. It is not water proof but can withstand a run to the car in pouring rain, or light on/off sprinkles just fine. I do wish the hood was roomier, but I have a giant noggin, so that's pretty typical for me. I call it my sleeping bag (in a good way-- it's exactly what you wish you were wrapped up in on a cold day) and I hope it lasts for a long time (so that I don't have to go through this again!). :-)

Bought it for my wife during cold weather trip, so great for extremely cold days.
